4. Booking and Payment Terms

4.1 Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Tender Dusk. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us.

4.2 Payment

Payment terms are as follows:

• A deposit of 25% is required at time of booking
• Full payment is due 30 days before travel commencement
• For bookings made within 30 days of travel, full payment is required immediately
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified

4.3 Price Changes

Prices may be subject to change due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes, or other unforeseen circumstances. However, once your booking is confirmed and deposit paid, your price is guaranteed.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Cancellation by Customer

• More than 60 days before travel: 75% refund of total cost
• 30-60 days before travel: 50% refund of total cost
• 14-29 days before travel: 25% refund of total cost
• Less than 14 days before travel: No refund

5.2 Cancellation by Tender Dusk

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your trip, we will provide a full refund or offer alternative arrangements. We are not liable for any additional costs you may incur due to the cancellation.

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance. Tender Dusk is not responsible for any costs arising from medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or other unforeseen circumstances that may be covered by travel insurance.

7. Health and Safety

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit for their chosen activities. You must inform us of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or mobility issues at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse participation in activities if safety may be compromised.

Tender Dusk acts as an intermediary between you and various service providers. We are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any service providers.

Customers are responsible for:

• Ensuring all travel documents are valid
• Obtaining necessary visas and permits
• Following local laws and customs
• Maintaining appropriate behavior throughout the trip
• Taking care of personal belongings

9. Force Majeure

Tender Dusk is not liable for any failure to perform any obligation under this agreement due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or government actions.
